PETER Dunnett claimed the prize after winning the Smugglers Bowl competition, at Five Lakes Golf Club.
Dunnett (16) scored a credible nett 70 to win the Gents 18-hole strokeplay competition, on the Lakes course.
Jack Garnett (three) was runner-up with a nett 73, 76 gross, which also won him the scratch prize with the lowest gross score on the day.
Third place went to Ian Cottee (nine) with a nett 75, while Danny Owen (11) returned a nett 76 to finish just outside the main prizes.
Birdie twos were scored by John Mayle with an eagle on the par-four, seventh hole, Paul Bowers on the par-three fourth and Jack Garnett on both the eighth and 11th par threes.
The Smugglers Bowl is open to those golfers who have qualified becoming winners and runners-up for medals and board competitions throughout the year.
The winners of the Foureleet Cup 18-hole Mixed Foursomes competition were Sue Butterworth and Eric Lewis, with 39 points.
Lady captain Rome Raymond and Dave Parkins were runners-up with 34 points, in the final mixed competition of the year.
Third place went to Julie Dent and Ian Kirkman, with 33 points.
