HILDA Hazell won the ladies' super medal at Forrester Park Golf Club.

This is a competition based on scores achieved in the monthly medals throughout the year and Hazell won with nett 73.

The ladies who did not qualify played a stableford, which was won by Glenis Adlington, with 35 points.

Carol Manning was second, with 34, beating Maggie Laws on countback.

The nine-hole competition was won by Kate Anstey, with 14 points.

The vets’ competition was a greensomes for the Captains' Cup, which was won by Steve King and Barry Trickett, with 43 points.

Steve Badjonat and Mike Manning were second, with 42, and Dave Hannan and Alan Moss third, with 41.

Mike Yore and Mark Beeasley were fourth, with 40.

The men’s competition, a combined stableford for the Dale Rayner Trophy, was won by Lloyd Hatchett and Jeff Parker, with 141 points.

Kevin Royan and Dale Rayner took second place with 143 points, beating Peter Andrews and Roy Sayer on countback.

Chris Bowring won the gold division of the September medal with nett 66.

Mark Jeffrey was second, with nett 67, and Bryan Bowring third, with nett 68.

Tom Tansley won the silver division with nett 70, beating Donald Grimsey on countback.

Matt Sinclair was third with nett 71.

The bronze division was won by Simon Harding, with nett 72, with Paul Chesney in second place with nett 74 and Dale Rayner third with nett 75.
