KEITH Wilson believes his return to Leslie Field will be a ‘massive game’ for Heybridge Swifts.
The Swifts boss is returning to former club Burnham Ramblers in a Ryman League division one north derby on Saturday.
Wilson left Ramblers in the summer to take over at Swifts after former manager Jody Brown left to manage Ryman Premier Grays Athletic.
Swifts, without a game on Saturday, lost 3-2 to visiting AFC Sudbury on Tuesday night.
Wilson said: “We were shocking in the first half. How we got it back to 1-1 at half-time I don’t know.
“There was no work rate, no effort, although we did have a goal ruled out for off-side.
“We were better in the second half, we hit the woodwork twice.
“But all three of their goals could have been defended.
“We are getting parts of the game right but can’t seem to put it all together “It now makes Saturday’s game a massive one for us.
“We have to go there and be better than we were on Tuesday."
