Police helicopter searches for missing person in Highwoods
A POLICE helicopter scoured Highwoods in search of a missing person.
The NPAS Wattisham team hovered over the woods yesterday afternoon in search of the person, but nobody was found.

Yesterday was the second day the helicopter was hovering over the area.
A spokesman for Essex Police said: “We were looking for a missing man as there were concerns about his welfare.
“The helicopter was searching Highwoods Country Park and assisting ground units.
“The man was later found safe and well, before there was any need to release an appeal to the media.”
