* Signage at the A414 jct Danbury has been missing for some time. JR will also look into the missing village signs at Spring Elms & Hatchmans/Ulting Road.

* WW on the Locally Determined Programme list for gating. Next stage to choose design/locations.

Cllrs very positive that issue has moved forward.

* 30mph Oak Farm Road begins very near to first house, could it start a little further out to give more warning and time to slow down before houses?

* Cllr's queried the 30mph signage in the village, is it sufficient, should there be more repeater signs? To be investigated.

* Church Hill Footpath - this has again become very narrow, it is an on-going problem. To be investigated.

* Weight Limit at Lock. Cllr's concerned large lorries travelling through the village, request better signage to deter. JR will check the weight limit for the bridge and/or look into introducing a weight limit for the village itself.

* ECC are setting up a traffic regulation on zigzag lines in the county. Notices should be put up in the near future to restrict stopping, this will then be enforceable by MDC. Cllrs request zigzag lines be increased in the gap between the school car park and shop driveway. JR to arrange.

Chairman thanked Jackie Roerig for a very informative, encouraging and positive meeting.
