Primary school seeks permission to retain temporary building
A Maldon primary school is seeking permission to keep a demountable classroom on its grounds.
The governors of Wentworth Primary School, in Viking Road, have applied to Maldon District Council to renew temporary planning approval for the single storey classroom.
The space is used by the pre-school and also for after school care.
The council has until September 2 to make a decision.
