YMCA Chelmsford is working in partnership with a wide range of local and county agencies to provide a five day Community Event for young people across Mid Essex.
Free activities will include parkour (free running) Health and Well-being stalls, sumo suits, arts and crafts plus more.
Each day will start at 12noon and finish at 4pm and you can find it all at the following locations:
July 27: Broomfield park, next to Village hall, Chelmsford
July 28: Great Baddow, the Recreational Grounds
July 29: Broomfield park, next to Village hall, Chelmsford
July 30: Burnham on Crouch, Skate Park
July 31: Maldon, Promenade Park, Maldon
For each event there will be a dedicated team of volunteers assisting with the running of our Community Road Show and if you would like to be part of that team please see below for the contact details.
These events are aimed at young people 11+ although all ages are welcome.
Anyone under the age of ten will need to be accompanied by an adult and some activities will not be appropriate for them due to our target age group.
The YMCA would like to thank all of their partners and funders for making it possible to offer these days to the communities we serve.
For more information about what is happening each day, please feel free to contact the Youth Projects Manager, Craig Gough, for more details on 01245 355677, 07889 720759 or email craig.gough@chelmsfordymca.co.uk
