Members of four Chelmsford clubs came together last week for the inaugural '4 Club Hot Seat Challenge'.
Chelmsford Round Table, Chelmsford Ladies Circle, Chelmsford 41 Club and Chelmsford & County Tangent met for an evening of silly games on Tuesday,June 30 at Harway House on Rectory Lane, Chelmsford.
After a slap-up ploughmans each club organised a game, including 'Fastest Flat-pack Without Instructions', 'Walk the Plank', 'Best Decorated Cupcakes' and a raucously contested 'Human Hungry Hippo' game. Host club Chelmsford Round Table were the eventual victors.
The games were adjudicated by the Essex Area Round Table Chairman Matthew Eaton, who praised the clubs for their mutual support and cooperation to support charities in Chelmsford.
The four clubs are all part of a family of international organisations, linked by common goals of fun, friendship and fundraising. All of the clubs welcome new members.
