One of the county’s youngest parish councillors is making a plea for more residents to speak up for their communities.
Will Radley, 19, is concerned about the number of empty seats on Althorne Parish Council following the recent elections.
Will, Brian Noye and chairman Paul Burgess occupy three of the seven seats.
Politics and economics undergraduate Will said: “It’s very important we have a council full of members.
“A number of developments are to take place and we need a strong voice.
Other parish councils are in a similar position.
