Singers' voices swelled the walls of an ancient chapel, making it ring with harmonies.

Around 40 singers descended on St Peter-on-the-wall Chapel, in Bradwell, for The Festival of Song, which ran from Friday to Sunday.

Run by the Othona community, an inclusive community with roots in Christian tradition, all singers were welcome, with local participants invited on Saturday for a ‘Big Sing’.

Workshop leaders Sarah Pennington and Gilo from Natural Voice UK brought songs from all traditions to the Festival.

Core team member at the Othona community, Adrian Platt, said: “It sounded lovely and uplifting.

“We have had a really good crowd, the festival has been running for at least 12 years, bringing people from all over the place together."
