Heybridge Swifts has promised to be a good neighbour after receiving a flurry of feedback on its redevelopment plans.
The football club unveiled plans to move to a new site, funded by 105 houses being built on its current Scraley Road base last month.
The proposals, which would see the club set up a new home on ten acres of land off Goldhanger Road, were met with a mixed reaction when they went on public display.
