A view of land off Nipsells Chase
A controversial multi-million pound outline planning application to bring mroe than 100 new homes to Mayland without additional infrastructure has been submitted to the council.
Gladman Developments has applied to build 150 new homes, 30 per cent of which would be affordable housing, along with a children's play area, east of Nipsells Chase.
The site is currently agricultural land.
