The ambulance service and air ambulance were called to assist a man with suspected back injuries after he fell off a roof.
The emergency services were called to The Causeway, Heybridge, just before 1pm on Sunday.
The man, in his 50s, was taken to Broomfield Hospital with suspected back injuries.
